Shipping Details
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receiving payment. In most cases (close to 100%), orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped from Sydney (Castle Hill). For urgent orders, contact us to see if your order can be shipped the same day.
Australian Orders:
During checkout standard or express post can be selected.
- Standard Post: When selecting standard post as your shipping method, they are sent via standard Australia Post service. In some cased we might upgrade it to FastWay or another faster shipping method.
- Express Post: When selecting express post as your shipping method, orders are shipped via Australia Post's "Express Post" service, or FastWay Courier. If you have a preference for one above the other, just add a comment during checkout(when placing your online order you can add a comment).
International Orders:
We are in the process of adding the ability to place international orders to our website. In the meantime, please contact us for international orders.
Website Update:
Please note, since early 2021, we are in the process of updating our website. If you have difficulty finding any of our Modtronix products, please contact us. All our original products (like SBC28PC, SBC28DC, SBC65EC, SBC66EC, inAir4, inAir9, inAir9B, LCD2S anod others) are all still avaialble, and will be for many years to come.
