The Microchip TCPIP Config utility is a program included with the Microchip Application Library. It is used to configure the TCP/IP settings of the TCPIP_xxx.h file of a project.

For example, for the Webserver project it is used to configure the files located in the "./Configs". For the SBC66EC, the TCPIP_SBC66EC.h file is configured.
