Base board for STM32 NZ board

Do not use for new designs! We will be releasing a new version of this devkit for the new NZ32-SC151 board.

This is a base board for our NZ32-ST1L-R1 board with STM32L151RC microcontroller. It had four iMod ports, and provides a 6 pin programming and debug connector that can be connected to our PGM-NUCLEO programmer/debugger, or PGM6NC adapter board.
