IO Port properties (ports of SBC)

BYTE name[3]

Fixed String name. Each IO Port has a fixed name, maximum 3 char long. An additional label can be assigned for a IO Port via cfgStruct.ioPort. Does NOT have a NULL terminator if 3 characters long! If 1 or 2 characters long, it DOES have a NULL terminator
