Description
This is a 180mm (7") ribbon cable with two 8 pin, 2.54mm (0.1") female connectors on either end.
It can also be used to connect a 12 button or 16 button keypad to our LCD2S range of serial LCD displays with keypad decoder.
When soldering a pin header to the back of an LCD Character Display, it can be used to connect the LCD to a controller board, as shown in the two pictures below.
