If the product is in its original condition you may return it within 7 days for a full refund. See below for exceptions. If the returned product is faulty or is returned due to an error on our part, we will pay for the return shipping(standard Air Mail) cost too! Else, shipping costs are not refundable.
We can not accept returns if:
- The product is not in original condition.
- The product is returned later then 7 days after delivery.
- For a software product, if it has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Before sending back any items please contact us (see contacts page) for details on the return address and to request an Item Return Number. All items returned must be accompanied by and IRN, else they will not be accepted. When requesting to return an item please provide us with the invoice number you received when purchasing the product as well as a reason for returning the product.
Return processing fee:
- When returning non-faulty items, the shipping fee is not refundable, and a $5 processing fee applies.
